Fall Fun

It's been a while since I have posted, but my mom has requested that I post some pictures of the kids pumpkins that Tracy bought for them this weekend.  Before I share those, I will talk about the nice weekend we had with Tracy.

This weekend Tracy was to be home alone.  She decided a week or so ago that she would come down and visit us for the weekend instead of being alone.  

On Saturday, she said she would buy the kids pumpkins so we went to an area farm, took a hayride, picked some apples, then picked some rather large pumpkins.  I will share more about them after I post the pictures.

It was a fun day and we had a good time with each other over the weekend.  Last evening, we had a bonfire and smores with our awesome neighbors and then after that Tracy and I went over to the MGM Grand, Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun to people watch and check out the recent expansions.  I forgot to tell her that Mohegan Sun just opened a Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, so she spent some time checking out the t shirts and other things in the gift shop.  I will have to venture back there as the menu and theming of the place looked awesome!  We settled for some Ben & Jerry's...it was 11PM after all, and then found our way home.  

Today we were just lazy and had a good time just hanging out until she headed home to Portland about 30 minutes ago.

So...now for the pumpkins.  

Jays Pumpkin weighed in at 42 pounds, while Sam's weighed in at 32.  They are huge, the biggest we have ever got!
